Is Jesus Christ enough? That seems to be the question that motivated Paul to write the most Christ-centered book in the Bible. In the book of Colossians, Paul stresses that Christ is supreme and the salvation Jesus Christ provides is complete. He combats the growing heresy that is threatening the church at Colossae. This is pertinent and practical for us today because we also face an onslaught of new ideas, ritualism, mysticism and new age "wisdom" that seeks to undermine the simple and yet profound truth of Jesus Christ. This books emphasizes truth and daily living. If you have doubts about Jesus Christ, His salvation, His church, His roll in your life, then you're invited to join us this Sunday!

We all desire our life to impact someone for the good, but how? Mark's gospel portrays Jesus, the Messiah, differently than the other gospels. Mark is brief and pertinent. He lays aside excess verbiage and goes right to the point - this is the Gospel of action, accomplishment and impact. We must learn and practice this truth: To impact like Jesus, we must serve like Jesus. Are you ready for the challenge?
